Zhineng Qigong for acupuncturists

Masterclass by Qigong master Zhengdao Lu

Zhineng Qigong is practiced for the benefit of the development of the Qi. It stimulates the mental and physical balance. Zhineng Qigong used to form part of Chinese medicine and is currently included again in the program of the TCM university of China.

Refresher training

During the refresher training we will discuss the significance of Jing, Qi and the Hun Yuan entirety theory in detail.

There’s an increasing amount of scientific evidence that the Jing, Qi and Shen exist. The aim of this training is to make them tangible. The Hun Yuan entirety theory is one of the core qualities of Zhineng Qigong. Everything – this includes plants, animals, the human being, nature, the universe – has its own Hun Yuan entirety. For the well-being of the human this has to do with: awareness, information, space, energy, Qi-field et cetera. The Hun Yuan entirety shows how the human system is built and what the underlying causes of diseases are. With this insight you can help yourself and your clients to give the right attention to underlying causes of illnesses.

During this refresher training, master Zhendao Lu shares the wisdom from TCM and Zhineng Qigong with us. In addition to the theory, a variety of Zhineng Qigong exercises will be practiced for which the Qi body (not the physical body) will be our main tool to reach a “super state”. In this state we are united with the Qi body, nature and the universe. This unity of Heaven, Earth and Man (the TCM trinity) fortify the results of the practice. During the exercises we work on our consciousness, on information, space, energy and Qi fields.

Dr. Pang Ming, the founder of Zhineng Qigong, conducted a lot of scientific research since the ‘80s, including measurements of Jong, Qi and Shen. Certain equipment showed that Shen is the most powerful source of energy to get our body into balance. Science also proved there is clear evidence of this holistic practice and that with the right practice, Shen can be used as a powerful medium for mental and physical recovery.
